3. Payment and Billing

All payments for services will be processed through the Fiverr platform. By engaging with Local SEO Freelancer services, you agree to make payments for services via Fiverr’s secure payment system. Payment for services is due as outlined in your service agreement or Fiverr invoice. Fiverr’s terms and conditions for payments and transactions will apply, and any issues related to payments will be handled through Fiverr’s platform.

If a payment is not received or cannot be processed, Local SEO Freelancer may suspend or terminate the services. All applicable fees for Fiverr transactions, including service fees, are the responsibility of the client.

4. Service Delivery and Timeline

We strive to deliver our services on time, as agreed upon with each client. However, we are not liable for delays beyond our control, including, but not limited to, technical issues, client delays, or third-party service interruptions.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful completion of services, clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary website information, credentials, and resources. If a client delays or refuses to provide these, we are not liable for any delays or lack of results.

6. Privacy and Data Security

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including website design, written materials, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property created by Local SEO Freelancer during the provision of services, remains our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the work produced by us during the course of the project.

8. Limitations of Liability

While we make every effort to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results. Our liability for any claims arising out of the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates the services before completion, they will be responsible for payment for the work completed up to that point. If Local SEO Freelancer terminates the services due to client non-payment or breach of terms, the client will still be responsible for payment.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the services, including but not limited to business strategies, financial information, and client data.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
